Naturopathy addresses the root causes to improve anything that’s holding back your performance.

Each session will be one on one with myself online, where we will work together to go through where you are, what you would like help with and will result in a personalised plan unique to you.

I’m Reece Statham-Quilty, an athlete and performance coach with a background in personal training, naturopathy and homeopathy. I work with athletes, active individuals, and those looking to become the healthiest version of themselves through a sustainable, natural approach to health and performance.
