Who I Am
About Me
I’m Reece Statham-Quilty, an athlete and performance coach with a background in personal training, naturopathy, and homeopathy. I work with athletes, active individuals, and those looking to become the healthiest version of themselves through a sustainable, natural approach to health and performance. Helping others achieve their goals in, both in sport and in life, is what brings me the greatest fulfilment and why I want to serve others.
My approach has been shaped over years of experience, learning, and observation. I’ve seen the difference between athletes who train intelligently and support their health naturally, and those who suffer injury, burnout, or declining wellbeing through damaging practices. That contrast has guided how I coach today.
Athlete First, Coach Always
I compete in Obstacle Course Racing, focusing on Spartan Race, and I am a member of the UK national team. I’ve trained consistently since the age of 16, adapting my methods as my sports and understanding of the body have evolved. I continue to follow structured training myself, designing and refining my own programmes.
Through my own experience with overtraining, injury, and near burnout, I’ve learned the importance of recovery and sustainability. These lessons allow me to empathise deeply with my clients and support them in avoiding the same mistakes.
A Holistic Approach to Sustainable Performance
I believe lasting performance comes from a holistic approach rather than chasing quick fixes. Performance should be supported by training and a lifestyle that protects both short- and long-term health. Too often, short-term gains are prioritised at the expense of overall wellbeing, leading to stalled progress over time.
My coaching integrates personalised training with naturopathic principles and, where appropriate, homeopathic support. Every plan is fully individualised, reflecting each person’s unique physiology, goals, and lifestyle.
How I Work With Clients
I work primarily with competitive athletes, though my services are suitable for anyone motivated to improve their health, fitness, and performance. I’m best suited to individuals willing to commit to the process — including training, recovery, and lifestyle support.
My focus is always on balancing performance goals with long-term health. Without appropriate recovery and support structures, progress simply isn’t sustainable.
Homeopathy & Naturopathy in My Practice
Homeopathy is a gentle, natural approach that can support physical and mental or emotional symptoms without side effects. Naturopathy focuses on improving health through nutrition, lifestyle, and natural strategies. Both are used within my practice to support overall wellbeing and remove barriers to performance.
These services are not a substitute for medical care and are used ethically, responsibly, and within professional guidelines as complementary support.

Clients commonly report improved sleep, better energy, enhanced recovery, and greater consistency with training. Over time, many experience improved performance, reduced symptoms, and a stronger sense of balance and resilience.
